There was no offense here. I too played that game- I found it cool, especially for seeing how weathering works on tanks. But still, there's that little controversy. I can accept he got drunk to get rid of his fear, but try saying that to average person, whose knowledge about Poland is out-dated for more than 20 years.
Yes, it's true. But what really angered me was 'Call of Duty 3', where there are Poles, but all they say in polish is 'Świnia' (Pig). I understand that in CoD Russians speak in English, but those games shows two different fronts. CoD 3 showed only one battle - the Falaise Pocket, so it begged to make Poles speak polish. What, were they too lazy to find good polish voice-actors? In Poland, voice-actors are mostly professional actors, so you would be surprised of their skills and quality.
